Engineer was booked easily and arrived same day to diagnose the issue. Payment was easy to complete for both labour and parts element and the labour cost was inclusive of a second visit. Really happy with the service I received. An engineer came around to look at my washer dryer (which wouldn’t drain) – and he drained the machine and identified the problem as the pump. They called to arrange getting the replacement part and a new engineer came around a few days later. Both engineers were very friendly and helpful. All was easy and went smoothly. Would definitely use this company again!

An excellent service was received from NAC. An engineer came out to fix our problem within 2 days. He was polite and easy to talk to about our problem. Unfortunately for him he had to come back the next day as we had bought the wrong part but nothing was too.much trouble. Highly recommend.
