An engineer was organised very quickly. Jack came to see the job, and tried to acquire a part locally that day. That was unsuccessful but he ordered the part and came to fit it as soon as it arrived. He was excellent, good communication skills and tidied up when the job was completed.

The engineer Josh was professional, polite and helpful. He checked the oven thoroughly before fixing the problem and then suggesting a course of action for the future. There hasn’t been a problem since his visit. Overall I’m very pleased.

Communication was good by text and email. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. His investigation was thorough and the parts ordered within half an hour. They were sourced and fitted within 4 days and the cooker was running smoothly again to provide a roast dinner the next day😊 I would certainly recommend the company to anyone 👍

The repairs were a case of fault finding. The engineer sent was prepared to fix the washer for me.
