Efficient and helpful service. It’s not always possible to save a terminally ill fridge, but the engineer gave really good advice on buying a sitting a replacement.

We had a same day visit by an engineer called Charlie. Not only did he resolve the issue but did so with a laugh and a joke. Very friendly and easy to get along with but also very efficient. Definitely recommend them.
Lady on the phone was very helpful and made us an appointment with the engineer asap. Engineer kept us informed of timings and talked us through what he could do for us. He ordered parts and let us know the prices so there wasn’t any issues later on. Brilliant service and our fridge is now working…thank you! We would definitely use your services again.
I rang the company who quickly arranged for an engineer to attend to our problem. A part was needed and the engineer came back and mended out appliance. the engineer was polite and informative, and I am very pleased with the service.
