Great from the booking to the visit. I was kept informed all the time. Engineer came when he said he would, but bad news for me it was beyond repair.

The whole experience with NAC was excellent from start to finish. I spoke to Maria via telephone to discuss the fault with my dishwasher. Engineer arranged to visit 48 hours following call, Nathan, engineer arrived as stated, very professional and polite. He identified the fault and discussed the solution with us clearly. The part was ordered and the best thing of the experience that it was Nathan that came back to fit the part, great continuity. Dishwasher now functioning again. The engineer turned up on time and carried out a swift inspection. Found out the fault and informed us of the required part & cost.
