NAC were very professional, the wrbsite easy to use and kept us informed of the time and dates of our appointments. The technician Charlie was smart and friendly, polite and courteous. He completed the repair in a timely manner, kept the work area clean at all times and explained what he was doing and answered any questions without hesitation. If I need any help with repairs to my domestic appliances in the future, I’ll be contacting NAC first.

Following our first phone call late afternoon on a Wednesday. We received a text message and then a phone call from AJ who arrived within the time agreed, identified the issue and ordered the part saying it maybe Saturday before he received the part. However AJ contacted us late Friday afternoon as he had the part and could do the job Friday afternoon. Great guy and great worker, would definitely recommend
