Our Bosch washing machine started puring water all over the floor. We did some investigation and discovered the pipe from soap dispenser into drum had come adrift. We attempted a repair, but we’re unable to take the front of the machine. I called NAC and firstly was impressed by their quick response and the helpfulness of their agent. I had no idea who NAC were, but thought it was worth talking to them. Everything about my experience was seamless, fast and extremely assuring. It felt almost too good to be true! An appointment was booked for the engineer Casey to come the following day. The pricing structure was clearly explained to me and seemed very reasonable. Everything was confirmed instantly by text and email. Casey turned up right on time, fixed the machine and I have just finished 3 loads of washing within 24 hours of the fault happening!

A broken dishwasher over the festive period would be an absolute nightmare. So, when mine decided to stop working I had no idea who to call. I googled and one place could only get me an appointment in a week and then I happened to click on NAC and I was able to book an engineer visit for the next day. Amazing. I was given a PM slot but Casey called early to say he was in the area and could fit me in. He arrived and sorted the machine in no time. He then tested everything before he left and thankfully I have a working dishwasher now! Excellent service and will definitely use NAC again.
In spite of my giving Katherine the wrong post code repeatedly (“Senior Moment”) she was extremely helpful, polite, professional and friendly. She ensured that I would receive a visit from a technician tomorrow to repair our Hoover washer/dryer. This is very important to myself as unfortunately my wife is “Bed Bound” so I need to use our machine nearly every day.

Came it quickly. Kept informed of when engineer was coming with the timing and got a text when he was on his way. Engineer was knowledgeable, found the issue and fixed it the next week. Received texts to pay easily. Great service all round.
From start to finish I felt confident that I had chosen the right company to look at my fridge freezer that had stopped working and tripped the house electrics. Excellent communication emails / texts as well as easy online booking system in place with choice of appointments available. On the day, we advised customer service that our property is difficult to find and to ask the engineer to ring for directions. Following a call he (Dan) advised he would be arriving in 10 minutes. During the visit Dan used his diagnostic equipment and problem solving skills to identify and fix the problem which in the end turned out to be a wet plug!! Throughout the visit Dan was polite and professional, recorded on his phone camera each stage of his work, kept everything tidy and reinstalled the integral fridge freezer back as found. I would recommend NAC to friends and family as well as contacting them again if I had other repairs to do.
The main oven of our NEFF double oven broke down a year ago (December 2024), (it was only 3 years old when it broke) and I couldn’t bring myself to navigate the repair companies out there but with Christmas looming once again and feeling I ought to have a full main oven working I finally found NAC. What a refreshing change, a brilliant service, booking an appointment was easy on-line and also when I called the customer service line to make some amendments. Lovely, helpful staff. Advised by text and email the evening before of the expected time window, and updated on the day when the engineer was on his way. The engineer (Nick) was great, knowledgeable, courteous, tidy and efficient. Within a few moments of him leaving and putting through the order for the parts required, I received the quote and once accepted and invoice. Paid the invoice and a date for the repair, just a couple of days later. All went so smoothly, no rip off prices, no additional fees for a second visit, what a refreshing change and a great service. Thank you. Now, would NAC like to send someone to cook Christmas lunch please as you have repaired the oven and I don’t like cooking!
