Very good first time experience with NAC. Spark ignitor problem on our Gas Cooker. Booking is handled very competently and booking date and time is sent and agreed by text. Engineer had to visit more than once to finally fix the issue which was caused by an intermittant problem. Labour cost of this was covered in initial call out charge. Engineer was knowledgeable and pleasant. Would definately recommend NAC and use them for any future repairs Well done all at NAC!

Andrew came out to my Miele washing machine, diagnosed the fault correctly and arranged the spare part ordering. He returned with the part and had the machine up and running in next to no time. Moreover he was friendly and professional and explained the procedure in full. A great representative of the company.
