Ian the engineer was very thorough in diagnosing the problems with my extremely old dishwasher. Having agreed it would cost too much to repair, even if the parts could now be sourced, he advised on what to avoid when buying a new one which was very helpful.
I found it very easy to book the visit of the engineer,who arrived as scheduled,introduced himself and asked the problem and quickly set about removing panels from the machine,identifying ,removing the broken belt,while answering questions explaining procedure.always cheerful setting minds at rest ,within an hour of visit I received an email with the cost of the part ordered. The engineer returned a few days later ,fitted the belt,checked all was working properly carried out safely procedures etc, removing
waste, leaving everything clean and tidy,assured that if anything went wrong a phone call he would be back to fix the problem.
