Excellent booking process and a lovely man who did the repair. I was at work when he did the visit and he called me and discussed the issue and options. He was very knowledgeable and tried everything to repair the machine! In the end we did have to replace it but is is 10 years old. Thoroughly recommend this company.
He was polite and diagnosed the problem within minutes, he had parts on the van so had the machine repaired within 30 minutes, he stayed until he was sure and happy the machine was working, machine now working excellent would absolutely use him again and didn’t cost as much I thought thank you everyone

Excellent service from start to finish. Super friendly person replied to my initial enquiry and subsequently booked in an engineer to visit and assess the problem with my oven. The engineer, Charlie, diagnosed the issue, ordered in the replacement fitting and came back a week later to fix it. Friendly, professional, prompt. Very grateful to have a fully functioning oven in time for Christmas. Thank you!

From the very beginning, I spoke with a real person who was courteous, professional and amiable.
Arrangements were made for an engineer to visit and he turned up on time. The problem was ascertained quickly and although he didn’t have a replacement part there and then, another visit was arranged.
Again the engineer was punctual and completed the repair efficiently and fairly quickly. Everything was left neat, clean and tidy when he was done.
The engineer even left a pack of descaler upon completion of the visit.
