I found the whole experience very professional, from making the call to getting our dishwasher diagnosed and repaired was on time and quick. The fixed price call out charge, including coming back to fit the replacement part was a nice surprise too!

Really great service. Communication was excellent. I didn’t have to wait at home for an engineer because they text to tell you what time they’ll be there. Friendly man, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it swiftly.

Online query, same day appointment available, Daniel rang to say he would be with us in 20 minutes and he was. Checked our 6 year old IKEA oven as we thought there was a problem with the temperature. He found it was actually fine, but we had been leaving the solid grill pan/shelf in the oven, and he thought it’s likely this was affecting the fan moving the hot air around the oven 😞 Sounded reasonable. Pleasant, polite, he explained everything he was doing.
