Washing Machine was broken. Very quick response and service, and return with the correct parts. Fitted and tested. Both the switchboard and the engineer (Casey) were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was done when we were told, and very good to deal with. Will definitely use NAC again if we have any need

So easy to book an appointment online and be kept updated with dates. No hidden extras. The engineer was very knowledgeable and friendly explaining how to avoid damaging my washer again. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from the outset. Initial phone call answered very quickly, The call handler was extremely friendly and helpful. The costs were, clearly explained together with the payment options. An appointment was made at a time that suited me. On arrival the engineer was open and friendly, respectful of my property. The fault was identified as being nothing to do with my appliance and quite understandably it was not something that the engineer could deal with. My appliance was operated independently to assure me it was in full working order.
A very positive experience with NAC and I would definatley recommend them.
