The price that included vat and the service parts were extra all acceptable but after reading a revue I would check the price of the part it really is upsetting if you feel ripped off happily my experience was a good one

Engineer turned up on time – did work quickly and we were so relieved that the appliance could be repaired – we were told in advance the labour costs etc and all we had to pay on top was for the new part which was needed – very happy with the service and will certainly use this company next time we need a repair and would recommend it to others.

The engineer Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Not only did he fix my fridge/freezer problem but also took on the oven thermostat job and fixed it on the same visit. I had to wait 3 days for some parts to be ordered but once they arrived the job was completed. Very happy and would recommend.
