The arrangment was all efficient and quick online with ample and clear communication. The engineer, Daniel Hosking, was excellent — on time, professional, courteous. A replacement part I needed came within a couple of days and Daniel’s return visit was very quick and efficient.
Genuinely great service – great communication throughout and transparency about costs; NAC aren’t the cheapest, but are very professional, friendly and use genuine manufacturers’ parts. We had the shock absorbers replaced in our Miele washing machine; the engineer Darren was obviously very knowledgeable and overseeing his trainee Stefan, who was learning his role. Very impressed and would recommend.

Great company to deal with. They kept me informed about when the engineer would arrive, and he arrived when they said he would. He immediately identified the problem with our fridge freezer and did a great job fixing it. He was friendly and personable and didn’t leave any mess behind. The price was very reasonable too.
