I was informed of the impending date of the of the repair to my dryer ,the engineer telephoned to say he would arrive in 25 minutes, which he duly did, and due to the factI am disabled, Willingly unlocked the garage where the machine is kept, effected the repair, then locked up the garage and returned the keys to me at the house. All efficiently done in a quiet and professional manner. Thank you

Dan arrived when he said he would (same day service) Nice, professional and polite. Quickly Identified the problem and fixed the problem. No hidden extras to pay for. 5 star service!!!

Called for appointment and engineer was booked for the following day, he identified the problem within minutes. He reported to his office and they advised Part was available at another depot and would be fixed within 5 working days, which is exactly what happened.
