First time using NAC and extremely impressed. On Saturday afternoon went online to book an oven repair. Within an hour the engineer rang me and agreed a visit for 2 days later. The engineer rang me on the day to say he was on the way. He resolved the problem very quickly and was professional and polite throughout. Also the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use NAC again.
The engineer arrived on time,as promised, and showed patience and skill in a thorough examination of my fridge freezer. His experienced advice on how to best maintain the fridge and control it’s cost on a daily and regular basis ( my reason for requesting a visit) gave me confidence and will, I’m sure, prove valuable. It was exactly what I had hoped for.

I had problem with my washing machine door,i contacted NAC online the response was quick .they gave me date , time and cost.the engineer came on time ,they did good job very professional ,well prepared ,job done in one day and no rubbish left .I am pleased with the job

First of all it was so very easy to make the booking,and the lady I spoke with very helpful.I had same day confirmation of the booking followed by a text from the tradesman.the day before msg with a time he would arrive.the fault was soon found,and a new part fitted,and working wonderful.I would recommend NAC to anyone Topclass
