Replaced a warming drawer. This was not straight forward as the wiring was different to the old one. It was done efficiently with a good explanation of the problem and its resolution
The man who came was very polite n knowledgeable as to my problem. Tho there wasn’t much he could do as it was water limescale on the window but it’s made me aware as to what to look out for and how to rectify it in future. This was on Saturday 14th of June 2025

The repair was easy to book online. The booking was confirmed by email and text. I was given a half day window for the visit and the technician confirmed on the day. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the problem to me. The repair was done efficiently and effectively. I would use this company again.
