Great service from NAC on my dishwasher repair. Nathan the engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and saw the job through from start to finish. Took 5 visits in the end to finally solve my leak problem (heat pump plus various seals failed). However, the repeat visits were all included in the original call out fee – which was excellent. Was really in two minds as whether to go ahead as spare parts are crazy expensive (Bosch) – it was borderline compared to replacing it. But in terms of the work that NAC did I had no complaints and would reccomend their service. I just hope it lasts a while now and that in future it will be cheaper to repair appliances, not just throw them away when they break 😔
