Polite and efficient
To me, the most important factor was the company’s communication skills. If you phoned, it was usually answered, if you left a message, you would get a reply, and emails were acknowledged. This is so important, especially if you’re trying to get something done from a distance away. The engineer, James, made every effort to ensure somebody was there to let him, technically he was totally familiar with the machine in question, and ensured we understood what he had found and his suggested plan to get the plan sorted. Any delay on the second visit was fully down to us. Job Well Done

I got a call before they arrived, to check if the machine was still full of water. The guy was very polite. Came in talked me through what he was doing and he thought it could be. Once he found the issue fixed it quickly then gave me some tips on how to use features on the machine I didn’t know where there.
Excellent service. It was great to speak to the receptionist , who was efficient and friendly and talked through the whole procedure. Nick the engineer arrived promptly, immediately identified the problem, fitted and fixed oven in a professional manner.
