Our fridge freezer broke Sunday afternoon, so I contacted NAC and they came first thing Monday morning. We needed a part for the repair which was quoted, emailed to me and then fixed first thing Friday morning once the part had arrived. Very efficient and easy to use, highly recommend.

From the initial call which was dealt with efficiently and politely by Becky, through to engineer visit, diagnosis and repair, the whole experience was positive. The process was seamless and the Fridge/Freezer issue was sorted out saving me a whole load of money buying a new one.
