Engineer arrived at agreed time. Was very courteous and immediately got to work. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and provided appropriate actions to rectify the problem Which unfortunately was to replace the unit being the best option. No problem the unit had provided good service for 15 years. And guess what we’ll probably ask the same engineer to come back and fit the nrw unit

We spoke to a very nice young lady on the phone. She put us in touch with one of their repair men. He came the next day and sorted out the problem with our washing machine. Highly recommend. No problems at all.
I was struggling to find anyone to look at a problem with my washer/dryer. Found NAC on line and was able to arrange a call-out next day. Charges are transparent, reasonable and fixed no matter how long the engineer takes or how many times he visits. I received a call on the day with a time for the visit. Haydn was friendly and efficient and was able to identify the problem which resulted in new parts being ordered. He was able to temporarily get my machine working. I was given a date once the parts had arrived and it was easy to change the date of the appointment. Haydn fitted the new parts and cleaned inside the machine. Everything working well. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

I posted the job on a Sunday afternoon, Paul the engineer contacted within the hour and we arranged the repair the very next day. Paul arrived first thing , was very polite and professional.. and fitted a new door seal within an hour.. Excellent service from start to finish , and very competitive price.

Made a search for a fridge repair and found the NAC site. Entered some details and quickly allocated a service engineer for a few days time. The local engineer got in touch and arranged a time that suited.
Arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem…which turned out to be ice blockage…wish I’d known.
