I could not fault the process from start to finish , from booking an appointment on your online system to the engineer arriving was simply seamless, I was kept informed to when and who would be coming to do the repair and Dylan the engineer was very professional polite and kept me informed through out his process.
Prompt service as usual. Chose a next day option. Michael was on time, competent and knowledgeable. Fixed washing machine well with no added charges. Would use again.
Andrew made contact twice before arriving- the second time 15 minutes before turning up. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, taking time to explain the fault and his solution to the problem.

NAC were easy to book, and kept me up to date with the engineers estimated time of arrival. The engineer was very pleasant to deal with and was unobtrusive. He diagnosed the problem and parts were ordered without any fuss. He returned the next week to carry out remedial works and I was very pleased with the service. The cost of repair was less than expected. Would warmly recommend to friends or family.
From initial contact I just knew this company had customer service well covered, unlike far too many others in the UK today. Got a full price stated right away, two thirds the price Samsung quoted me. Got an appointment for next working day. Got option not to pay up front but to pay engineer after job completed. Was given likely engineer arrival time, fine tuned as appointment neared. Job completed brilliantly by personable knowledgeable, helpful engineer.
