Well, I was hoping I could get an appointment today, but they gave me one for tomorrow and said they’d call me if there was a cancellation. Yvonne, the lady I spoke with, was lovely. Truly lovely. She even told me what the cost would be. Incredibly reasonable. I had been really scared about that. Cannot say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them.

Booking the repair was straight forward and the engineer who attended was polite, courteous and fitted the appliance efficiently.

A swift and efficient response when I phoned. An engineer visit was booked in two days time. I was updated on the timing of the visit and the engineer was obviously very experienced and able to identify the problem. I have definitely kept their phone number for future reference.

The engineer was genuine in his feedback to me .explained everything to me and I was satisfied with his responses to my questions .
