My request was answered quickly. The engineer was knowledgeable and sorted the problem with my dishwasher straight away.

Good service.

The technician arrived early and had the problem with our hob figured out in about 20 minutes. The hob is almost 15 years so we feared the worst when he said a replacement part was out of stock and expensive but he went away and the next day we had a call to say he’d found the part and at a good price too. Can’t fault a thing and if we have a need in the future we’ll definitely be contacting them first.

Engineer kept me updated as to arrival, on time, very polite, helpful and efficient, fixed to problem and gave equipment a safety check and inspection. Very clean and tidy, would not hesitate to call in again, highly recomended.
