She informed me of call out charges etc and she said an engineer will call me later with a time to visit hopefully he can fix my dishwasher if only to stop my good wife moaning at me.

Contacted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was pleasant and swift with a diagnosis and retrned 3 days later, after securing tha part needed and fitted it quickly.
