I was very apprehensive about using NAC as i have for 50 years repaired my own appliances, especially after reading recent reviews. But as expected it was a simple blocked drain that i could not find and the engineer came as arranged and kept me informed of his arrival time.
However, after finding and responding to a Blackpool NAC website i discovered the person i was talking to was in deepest Yorkshire! No problem, but why?
My initial phone call was very reasuring and offered an appointment after the weekend. Since the repair I have phoned dozens of times to thank them but no reply. Bizarrely i wanted to advise them (Kate) that the link she sent by text to give a review on how she performed is not recognised! Sorry, Kate, but id also give you 5☆ if i could

Washing machine stopped draining. Looked up appliance repair yesterday morning and came across NAC Repair. Booked an engineer for same day, paid the quote online and received a email and text message letting me know an engineer would be with me between 1&6. I received another message to say the engineer was on the way, giving me roughly 30mins to an hour notice. The engineer got cracking, identified the problem very quickly and fixed it within around 40minutes. We are a large family and do a lot of laundry, so this service was just fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Very grateful, thank you.

A first class service, from the moment I booked an appointment on there online website I was kept informed of the progress with reminders of my appointment and who and when would be attending, Dylan the engineer contacted me to say he was on his way , Dylan was very polite and professional and kept me up to date on what he had found , I had conformation via emails within minutes regarding costs and invoice payments.
