Well done NAC. A quick response from the phone call and an engineer called Josh Heyes visited 2 days after who was polite, professional and diagnosed the fault with my American fridge freezer now awaiting part to fix fault unlike first company Go Assist who’s engineer didn’t find the correct fault and stated that appliance was beyond economical repair which was incorrect. I am so glad I went for a second opinion and would recommend NAC/ Josh Heyes domestics.
