Steve came the beginning of July, because our oven wasn’t heating up properly, we rang you guys, and Steve came out the next morning, and changed the element, he was very efficient and friendly, we were really pleased with his service. Very fast service and knowledgeable team
An appointment was arranged speedily. The engineer diagnosed problem with our freezer and suggested a way forward. He injected gas and then left instructions to defrost for a couple of days. Then we refroze the freezer and all has been well.
