A very easy process from start to finish. Our mechanic, Michael, was very accommodating to the time of day we needed for our appointment. Washing machine repaired and works a dream now! Also reasonably priced at £105 for labour and parts.
I always slightly dread having to organise repairs/ maintenance but this did what it said on the tin – good communication from initial booking to organising a time with the engineer who was punctual, polite and efficient. No hidden costs or surprise charges. I will use this company again and recommend to my family.
