Excellent service from start to finish, after a very bad experience from another company it was a breath of fresh air to find a company that cares about their customers. The repair engineer was on time and polite.
Fixed the problem without any fuss and left the machine in working order.
The engineer was prompt, efficient and couldn’t be more helpful, he gave us all the right information to make a decision about the repair and undertook to return and fit a new machine should we decide to scrap the old one; he’ll now be returning on the 10th to do just that.
