The engineer was great, he explained what was wrong with the fridge freezer and why it was tripping the ELCB. He identified the spares required and when fitted, the fridge freezer started and went down to temperature without issue.
I hadn’t used this company before so was worried about the suggestion that I should pay in advance to secure my appointment. I declined to do this so worried all weekend about whether the engineer would arrive. However when Danny turned up he did an excellent job for the price agree and I would certainly use this company again.
