I recently had freezer problems , so contacted NAC , the lady who answered the call ( Yvonne ) was very friendly and helpful ,she spoke clearly , and explained charges etc before she went on to book me an appointment, also telling me the name of my repair man ( Casey) .
The evening before my appointment I was contacted to let me know my appointment time slot.
Casey arrived on time , and was also incredibly friendly helpful and professional, as my freezer was quite old and the replacement part was very expensive , we decided between us that it wasn’t an option to replace the part , and I loved that Casie didn’t try to persuade me otherwise .

Price for parts received in 24 hours and we were kept informed on expected availability of parts. The engineer came within days of the parts being available and completed the repair. Very competent and I was particularly pleased to see he had a trainee with him. He was a nice young man and very happy to be doing a worthwhile job and meeting people .
