Our oven broke just before Christmas and NAC were able to get out an engineer very quickly who was able to save our oven and fix our noisy fridge at the same time! Very efficient and excellent service, can’t recommend enough.

I was able to book my appointment online. The engineer made contact before the date and gave an approx time of arrival. My cooker hood is old and he told me the part required was obsolete and despite him trying to get an alternative one the only one suitable would be £500 plus. He advised me it would be better to purchase a new one which I am looking into. Nice to have an honest opinion. I would definitely use this company and engineer in the futue.

I completed the visit request on line with the oven details. Advised online of the process and pricing structure in advance. Messaged the day before with the 3 hour appointment window. Arrived very early in the time advised. Quickly inspected and fault located. Spare part already on the van. Repaired in under an hour. Would highly recommend.
