Called several companies, NAC were by far the quickest to respond (very quickly), The engineer who came to mend our washing machine was diligent, polite, on time and carried out the work efficiently. And we only waited 24 hours for him to attend. Really impressed by the overall service NAC afforded us.

From talking to the lady on the phone to using my appliance again, the process was easy and seamless.
First off a very friendly member of your team listened to my woes of being a night shift worker needing a repair and found me a slot but I had to wait a little longer than normal due to how busy you were. However the next morning she rang me back offering me a slot a day earlier, which was perfect as I hadn’t worked the night before so would be up anyway!
The engineer arrived, another friendly member of the team, soon diagnosed the fault and had the part on the van, so was repaired same day.
