I needed a repair to my Britannia range oven and I contacted NAC. The company has three ‘tiers’ for the booking of work and my job qualified for Tier 3. A third party engineer attended and left with promises to the future. After ten days of no contact, I had to follow up and I was not satisfied with the response. Holding NAC responsible, I wrote to the company and received a reply from Mr Martin Fletcher, who stayed by my side throughout my interaction with the other company, which did not complete until today. Mr Fletcher negotiated a part refund, with my agreement, for the poor service that I had received from the other company.
I had presumed to tar NAC with the same brush as the company it had used, but, Mr Fletcher’s sincere and persistent efforts on my behalf, proved to me that NAC, was an honest and respectable company, which it was unfair to judge by others’ actions. I would consider NAC for future repairs.
