Engineer visited day after fault was reported and having ordered the necessary part repaired the appliance as soon as it arrived. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend

The engineer,Muj, called to say what time he would be arriving on the day. The problem was soon identified and a return visit arranged to replace the pump. Muj was brilliant throughout and I would highly recommend him
