Robert the engineer was great quick efficient found the problem with my washing machine right away blockage in the pipe so water couldn’t drain correctly and the belt had come off as well check condition of the belt was all ok refitted it and cleaned the blockage was all good to go

Managed to get an appointment to fix my mums oven really quickly. Knowledgeable engineer and knew what needed to be done. Part was ordered and installed within a couple of days, really great service, one happy mum.

The engineer was very pleasant and arrived within the time slot promised. He spent some time , but eventually found a partial blockage inside the pump. This was cleared and appears to have done the trick. An efficient job all round.
