Contacted NAC and they scheduled an engineer within two days. The cooker was confirmed faulty and replaced the next day. Fast, efficient service and a very helpful, flexible engineer.
The process was very simple and concise. Only the minimum of info required and the website was very clear.
Unfortunately the engineer found no fault as such but was fully knowledgeable and conversant with our particular LG washing machine model and gave us good advice. Having paid £85. which turned out to be expensive but we were happy.

Repair done without parts being needed – just the skill of the engineer. Gave a bit of advise to avoid it happening again. Friendly and trustworthy. I would completely recommend.
