They sent a repairman that did not repair. Diagnosed the situation as in need to a major part replacement. At the time stated that thee was a need to perform a small repair on the radiation fins of my Heat Pump dryer. I was getting an error medssage upon switching on. The next day I looked at the area that the repairman said needed to be correctd and nothing had been done. As well the system was not reset , which it s a simple two button plus start up of the machine operation. I straightened the fins and reset the system and it works fine. The problem is, I fixed it, and I am still expected to pay for the repairman’s visit in full. Now they want me to call an independent repair company to verify the state of the machine. That would be at my cost. So, the plan must be that I will just go away. I do not find this company good. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a proper and honest company.

Had been on phone to manufacturer of my machine prior and spoke with AI assistant….no resolution left me frustrated!

Communication with NAC was exceptional. Our initial enquiry was dealt with efficiently and communication re subsequent visits by Nick, the engineer was first class. We were informed when he was on his way on the prearranged date, within a half hour, which was very helpful. Our cooker fault was a complex 1 but Nick persevered and resolved this on his 2nd visit having fitted new parts. The cost of 1 part which was ordered but later discovered not to be required is to be refunded.

After finding NAC online , we arranged an appointment, the engineer turned up on time , and did a temp repair and then arranged to get a replacement switch. This was installed on time . Overall , a fine service , at a reasonable cost.
