The engineer explained the issues with the dishwasher and advised that although it could be fixed that it was not worth doing.
The initial contact was speedy, clear and concise. The engineer came out at the appointed time, fixed all the problems I had with my 16 year old oven and even found I fault that I didn’t know I had and fixed that too.
Chris came to assess our American Fridge freezer which was leaking water. He then took his findings away to further assess. Came back after a couple of days and solved the problem. No charge apart from the 1 call out fee. Pleased so far with the repair. He asked us to keep a close watch on it and let him know if it wasn’t fixed
Christopher did a great job and explained carefully what we had to do with our fridge/freezer after he left. We had to leave it off for 48 hours before switching back on. Pleased to say it is now working well once again.
