I contacted NAC on line re dishwasher repair . The whole process was simple and clear . I arranged a visit from an engineer , I was given the estimated time of arrival on the day . David arrived on time and repaired my dishwasher . Great service I would highly recommend.

Never heard of this company prior to using them. We had a Miele oven which had broken. The reply on their website was quick and accurate, visiting the very next day with a time slot communicated by text. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable. Ordered the parts, and the same engineer arrived to fit them. All in all an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend. Robert H. Varey.

A really efficient service, the engineer was thorough and did a great job repairing my dishwasher when I think others may have just written it off and taken the call out fee. Very impressed and will definitely use the service again.

Contact with the Office was very good – almost immediate answering of the phone and efficient booking of of date and time for repair visit. Repair Technician arrived within the time slot and had a very pleasant manner and gave me a clear explanation of the repair and was clearly very experienced and efficient in carrying out the repair to my Neff Oven – a very good experience and I consider the charge to be entirely fair and reasonable
