Engineer came within a day, arrived in time specified and kept me informed by phone. Not always the case! He sorted out my dishwasher and also gave me useful advice on its use. Very reasonably priced also. Would definitely recommend.
From booking, which was simple and easy, to pre visit communication and then the repair itself, cannot fault NAC.
They clearly understand the customer journey and how to manage expectations. Whilst the repair itself was relatively easy, they handled it with professionalism and great care for my elderly father in law. Would highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to use again in the future.
