I just phoned to enquire about repairing my cooker, that keeps on tripping. The call was answered very promptly, their simple costing were explained and a convenient date arranged. Within 5 minutes the engineer himself had called and a time agreed.

Rebecca answered the phone quickly and organised an engineer to make an appointment. The engineer Steve called within 15 minutes to book a visit.
