Very polite service given by the lady who took my call, she ask questions regarding my washer fault, and booked a date for the repair to take place
She gave good advice as to when the repair man would give me a call to set up a rough time for his visit. Within minutes I received an email to confirm these details. Then I received a call from Danny to confirm all this and date and time mine was a AM visit. He arrived just before lunch and looked at my washer and explained the problem to me. He checked as to if he could order the parts needed…but as my washer was old the parts were obsolete. Then he gave me some recommendations of good makes for a new washer. All in all excellent service from start of finish 👏

An appointment was made for the same day with an engineer, Bart. Problem diagnosed with my cooker requiring new parts, with prices checked and given, and a second visit arranged for the next 4 days. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally. A good experience and will use again when needed.

The hinges had failed on the main oven door of my Smeg range cooker. The engineer arrived promptly as advised and the first visit was only a few minutes as the engineer said what the problem was and explained what would be needed in a matter of a couple of minutes. He contacted the office and I was called back within a few minutes to advise the parts were available. A second visit was arranged a couple of days later. The second visit was equally quick and efficient as the engineer was very familiar with the cooker, and fitted the parts and returned the oven to its previous efficient self. The engineer was very polite, and knowledgeable which gave me confidence. A clean, tidy and efficient process meant the repair was done in half an hour. I was very pleased to see my 20 year old Smeg range back to its former condition. Thank you very much!

Easy to book, excellent communication from engineer and punctual arrival at our house. Sadly our machine was beyond economical repair as the expensive replacement part and labour charges required to get it working again would have been as much as a new machine. We were advised to use John Lewis or ao as they provide good service and a decent guarantee.
