Engineer arrived as promised, diagnosed the fault quickly, however we now await a spare magnetron for the appliance.
Appreciate that Christmas is a difficult time for business,
2nd time I’ve used NAC. The 1st time was to repair dishwasher which they managed to repair but my washing machine broke last week. One phone call, a date suitable to me booked in and then on the day the time slot sent to me. The engineer kept me updated as he was running late but at least he ket me know. Unfortunately the drum had completely come away so unable to repair but I will still recommend NAC for any appliance repairs. I feel a reasonable call out charge.
Very friendly engineer who patiently explained the problem and then explained the solution. Problem then fixed in no time at all. Very reasonably priced too. The engineer then looked at another appliance I had an issue with then advised me as to the solution at no extra cost. Will definitely be using again
We received great service from NAC. I’d definitely use them again. The lady on the phone was friendly and efficient, the appointment was arranged for the next day and I got lots of text and email communication to keep me updated. The engineer that arrived was friendly and solved the problem with our leaking washing machine in ten minutes.

Very quick and efficient service.
We have a range master oven and the fan oven tripped the electrics 10 days before Christmas.
I messaged NAC the same day, they allocated an engineer who came two days later.
He diagnosed the problem as being the element on both ovens, ordered the parts and came back 5 days later (the weekend before Christmas) to fix it.
He turned up when he said he would, fixed it really quickly and charged £235 including labour to replace 4 oven elements.

Great service just before Christmas. I called NAC for an urgent dishwasher repair a few days before Christmas, not really expecting it to be possible at that time of year. An engineer called me back a few hours later to confirm he could come before Christmas. He turned up on time and fixed the dishwasher within 30 minutes – professional and friendly throughout. A huge relief as I was in trouble with my wife for breaking it at the worst time of year!
The repair man (Conor) was excellent. Identified the problem, ordered the parts and was still working at 11pm on 23rd December to make sure all his customers were sorted for Christmas. Old fashioned service which you don’t see so often these days.
I phoned in desperation having been let down by other providers. The response on the phone was not only immediate but reassuring, pleasant and an engineer booked immediately. He contacted me and true to his word arrived, set to work and solved the problem! Saving Christmas! Thank you for the superb teamwork .
