Oven fan was not working so the engineer was great Errol had a part on the can and all was fixed and working within a couple hours. Would highly recommend

Fridge broke so needed a quick repair. The engineer was booked quickly and whilst it appeared to be fixed very quickly, he did a thorough check and found the fault was still there and now intermittent. So he diligently searched through the electrics on the device and to the socket and rectified the issue.
Overall very happy, would recommend and use again if needed.

Following up on an earlier review on interaction with NAC to make an appointment to repair a Miele dishwasher, I can now report that the operative who undertook the work was thoughtful, polite, efficient and all went as planned at a cost below what I had expected to pay a brand supplier’s agent. Over all an astonishingly good service.
