The engineer came out to look at a fault on our oven. He quickly discovered what the fault was. The part needed was ordered and the fault remedied in a week. Swift efficient service, knowledgeable engineer and not too costly.
From beginning to the end service was great. Polite and helpful booking staff and engineer.problem not completely solved as no repair can be done but I am completely satisfied with company and staff.

We brought our Smeg cooker out of storage and found it was tripping the RCD switch, our immediate thoughts were we’ll have to get a new cooker but decided to contact NAC first to come and diagnose the problem. It was so easy arranging an appointment, the engineer diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. We received an emailed estimate within 15 minutes and the next appointment was booked and the work completed.
