On time, tidy and efficient.

Engineer arrived on time was smart and polite. He engaged with me answering my questions both specific to the repair and of a more general nature, taking time to explain as appropriate.
He systematically worked to eliminate potential problems as part of the diagnostic process to arrive at the actual problem, which he then fixed. He then ran test programs to check everything was working.
He didn’t appear to be under any time pressures and it took as long as it took.
I would highly recommend both the company and the engineer.

Friendly and helpful

Responded quickly after my initial enquiry and came assess my oven the following day. Within a week the part had been ordered and fitted.

The engineer who came was very knowledgeable and very considerate of our home and we would recommend both the company and the engineer to anyone who asked.

Being a family of four, it was a bit stressful when our washing machine broke down (probably because the kids keep forgetting to empty their pockets before loading the washer!). Engineer turned up within a day a quickly resolve my issue

Responded quickly to my enquiry. Clean efficient workman. Confirmed it would not be an economic repair, so I’ve bought new. He was able to tell me the dishwasher was over 7 years old, and it came free when we bought the house three years ago, so I was not too disappointed!

Quick and simple to get an engineer. Pricing seems reasonable and clear.
