Great customer service, from the intial call to enauire whether they could fix the problem to the communciation about when they would arrive (on time, as promised) the honest diagnosis and then subsequent order of parts and repair. the engineer was professional and courteous and did a great job with no fuss. woould highly recommend.

The NAC engineer turned up as we had arranged the day before and also gave me about 20 mins notice by phone on the day.
The appliance turned out to be beyond repair but when it was explained to me what the problem was at least I had the satisfaction of knowing that I was condemning it for a good reason and not for the want of a relatively minor component.
