The engineer was prompt, efficient and couldn’t be more helpful, he gave us all the right information to make a decision about the repair and undertook to return and fit a new machine should we decide to scrap the old one; he’ll now be returning on the 10th to do just that.

The service I received was excellent. Usamah ‘Sam’ was in contact the day before to confirm appointment. He was polite and professional. Identified the issue – an old oven that required new parts that may be difficult to source. He was in contact a few days later to confirm just that. Would recommend him to anyone.

The repair man rang to see if he could come earlier than planned, which was even better for me. He was friendly and informative. I bet he was here less than 10 minutes. To be honest, I think the fault could have been easily rectified by myself had I known what the problem was, but I was just thankful to get it working again. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
Jack came and was so helpful, he explained what had gone wrong, put it right and now my machine is working.
