Engineer (Charlie Smith) arrived on time, worked fast, explained problem clearly, ordered required spare part before he left us, and explained that necessary repeat visit would be scheduled shortly. A few days later repeat visit was arranged: again, Charlie turned up on time, worked fast, explained everything. We were kept informed by text/email at all times.
