Nick that came out to me was very polite and courteous, i told him the problem and he was straight on it he told me the problem was a blockage and he look under the sink and look at the pipe and found that the plumber who done the job did not remove the bung. Nick did not have to do that part but he did it anyway. above all he was a % man Thank you

Engineer that came was really friendly and advised us what to try to fix fridge freezer without him having to take all the back off. His advise worked and now working like it’s new. Had to wait a week for part for dishwasher but communication was good with updates. All fixed now . Will use again if needed. Thanks
Excellent communication from NAC. Their engineer arrived within the time quoted. He found the fault on my 8 year old dishwasher and obtained a quote for the replacement part in less than one hour of arrival. Part was ordered, NAC confirmed a date for final repair within 2 hours.
