I hadn’t had my oven long and looked into a repair or buy new. I went for a repair and NAC looked like an easy online book as I’m not good with speaking on fones. Dylan came when he said he would, text a warning in advance and checked it all over and I needed a part which unfortunately, he didn’t have on the van and would have to order. I had already paid the call out fee and the next call out was covered by that, I only paid for the new part which wasn’t too bad. He worked quietly and efficiently but kept me informed. I will definitely call them again.
