My tumble dryer started making a screeching noise.
The engineer, Steve, contacted me shortly after I called NAC and arranged a convenient time to visit.
He sourced and fixed the problem and checked the dryer was working properly.
I am very happy with the service and with Steve’s competence and manner.

This was followed by the name of the attending Technician and his contact number. The technician Mr Yanki’ was polite and dealt with the problem in very quick time. He knew what to do and was out very fast. No mess, no time wasting.
