Bosch dishwasher not switching off

I phoned in the afternoon of one day and Bob was there the following morning. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine, had the part wiith him and fitted it then and there for a very reasonable charge. He was very efficient and quick. I would strongly recommend him.
