The inital call handler was very good.
The response for the repair was quick.
The engineer was polite,amenable, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

Called this company and as my first review about the girl who took my query yesterday my comments are now even greater. An engineer called Mark called me this morning 29/10/2025 to say he would be arriving after 2 pm today which was a day earlier than I expected which was great, on arrival he was a very nice chap Friendly, knowledgeable and Honest, he inspected the appliance to which we had called him out for, he was here for over 30minutes and gave his opinion on it, to which were very pleased with, the advice he gave us was excellent and I would definitely recommend him for any other appliances I should need help with. Excellent engineer and a great company.
Your engineer was very good in confirming time of arrival. He was professional, skilled, knowledgable and pleasant. The dryer worked perfectly for a few days but now seems to be having the same problem. If this continues, I will contact you again to arrange another visit.
Easy to book an engineer. I was kept informed of the date and time. Engineer called on the day to give me an exact time. Engineer was polite, friendly and explained what was wrong with my machine. A new part was ordered whist he was on site and he came back a few days later to fit.

We had an issue with our oven not heating up so suspected the element. We only had to wait a couple of days for a repair slot which I don’t think is too bad and the engineer even arrived early but politely waited outside. Things had been a bit doom and gloom recently so when we found out the part was a lot cheaper than we expected and repaired in no time we were very pleased. The fact the upfront cost covers repair time made it much easier to process and I was very happy with the repair. Our electric oven is old so the engineer even gave us advice as to how to proceed should the oven give up completely.
Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to call them out again if needed
